This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by LEA&MORE LTD (Company Registration No. 17053874, registered at Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom). Our store has been operating since 2022.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We provide international shipping to most countries worldwide.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your delivery location, order weight, and the shipping method you select.
4. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer; we are not liable for any customs fees or delays related to customs clearance.
5. Delivery to Post Office / Local Collection Point
Once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered to the destination post office or local collection point, our shipping obligation is fully fulfilled.
We are not responsible if the customer fails to collect the package within the time period specified by the local post office/collection point.
6. Unclaimed & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because the customer did not collect it from the post office or collection point:

Returned items will be directly destroyed for hygiene and safety reasons; they cannot be reused, resold, or re-shipped.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A handling, disposal, and destruction fee will be deducted from any refund issued for the product cost.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number immediately for investigation. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee a full refund unless the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email withtracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this email.
